CO women leaders gathered today in Denver for a procession from the Womens History Center to the Capitol steps in commemoration of Women's Equality Day and the Centennial of Women's Right to Vote. Speakers at the Capitol included Polly Baca, a trailblazer for women and especifically Latinas in the state legislature, and Gov. Jared Polis. G.L.O.B.A.L will be sharing many commemorative and educational events over the centennial year ahead.
