Don Brewster (Cambodia) ▾

Don and Bridget Brewster founded the anti-trafficking efforts of Agape International Missions in 2005. Their response to child sex trafficking in the village of Svay Pak, Cambodia, led to the building of a Restoration Home for rescued girls as young as 4 years old. Programs evolved to Prevent, Rescue, Restore, and Reintegrate, holistically responding to the problem of trafficking and affecting 10,000 people annually.

Don currently serves as AIM’s CEO alongside Bridget who works as AIM’s Director of Staff Care. Prior to AIM, Don served as the Executive Pastor of Adventure Christian Church in Roseville, CA and previously as a business executive in New York. Bridget also has a business background and worked alongside Don in ministry. They currently reside in Cambodia.

Glen Gibson (North Carolina) ▾

Executive Director, Open Door Libraries

Glen Gibson currently serves as the Executive Director of Open Door Libraries since October, 2017. ODL’s primary goal is to reach people with the gospel message. They provide venues that are non-threatening to people or even governments where people have access to Christian literature and the opportunity to interact with Christian people. Glen has served as a G.L.O.B.A.L. Board Director since January 2022. Glen is a great example of living out his calling for the unreached through cross- cultural experiences and understanding.

Assistant Principal, Flatirons Academy

Rogene Lowe serve as Assistant Principal at Flatirongs Academy after more than 10 years as high school principal at Resurrection Christian School in Loveland. She is part of Timberline Windsor Church and serves on the worship team. Prior to her ten years in NoCo, she lived in south Denver where she worked in middle school through university-level education. Rogene has a sincere passion for short-term missions and has served on teams to Russia, Guatemala, Belize, Mexico, Dominican Republic and multiple US urban locations. She is especially sensitive to the needs of those who have been subjected to human trafficking. Rogene brings her range of educational and missions experience to her role as Board Director at G.L.O.B.A.L. Justice.


Randall Margo, Ph.D. (California) ▾

Dr. Randall Margo brings over 25 years of experience as an executive, manager, and consultant to local government, including 9 years as Assistant County Administrator for Yuba County.

Dr. Margo previously served as Executive Director for the Sioux City Tax Research Conference, a not-for-profit agency serving over 250 businesses in the tri-state region of Iowa, Nebraska, and South Dakota. Dr. Margo also has extensive experience and consulting expertise in the areas of Organizational Change, Functional Consolidation/Joint Power Agreements, Program Evaluation, Strategic Planning, Performance Audits, Privatization/Managed Competition Models, Business Process Reengineering, Cost Analysis of Programs, Services, and Fees Experience.In addition, Dr. Margo worked for Alameda County, the City of Novato and the County of Yolo. Dr. Margo has served on the finance committee for the United Way of Yuba-Sutter Counties, the Peach Tree Health Clinic in Yuba County, and as a Board Director for Community Action Marin in Marin County.

Dr. Margo graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and received his doctoral degree in Public Administration from Golden Gate University in San Francisco. He presently serves as an Adjunct Professor in the Executive Master’s Public Administration Program at Golden Gate University. He also serves as a Research Fellow for William Jessup University’s Public Policy Institute and previously as editor-in-chief for William Jessup University’s Journal of Innovation and Implementation. Dr. Margo has published a range of articles including in the California Journal of Politics and Policy and last year published the book Less Work for Less Pay. For the past year, Dr. Margo has served as a Commentator for G.L.O.B.A.L. Justice, providing insightful expertise and practical solutions on national and international economic and administration concerns.


Derek Martin (Massachusetts) ▾

Faculty, Theatre, Associate Professor of Creative Arts; William Jessup University

Derek Martin is the head of theatre at William Jessup University in Rocklin, California. He is also a professional actor, director, choreographer, educator, speaker, and consultant. He has spent the last eighteen years working professionally in the Arts, Media, and Entertainment.

Previously, Derek was a professor of theatre and Chair of the BA in Theatre at Regent University in Virginia Beach, VA. He is a member of Actors Equity Association, Stage Directors and Choreographers Society, and Christians in Theatre Arts. He has worked professionally in a range of theatres around the country such as: Sacramento Theatre Company, Connecticut Repertory Theatre, The York Theatre Company (NYC), Virginia Stage Company, Virginia Musical Theatre, The historic Palace Theatre (Manchester, NH), The Musical Theatre of Connecticut, as well as many others.Derek has performed, acted, or choreographed such shows as “Singin' in the Rain, The Music Man, Moonlight and Magnolias, The Three Musketeers, West Side Story, The Secret Garden, Hello Dolly, A Midsummer Night's Dream, Crazy for You, Guys and Dolls, and Rodger's and Hammerstein's – Oklahoma!” He was a lead role in the multiple-award-winning short film, “Superbook!”

As a professor at William Jessup University, Derek has overseen the B.A. in theatre become a multiple-award winning theatre program and a recognized, significant regional theatre experience with nearly 3,000 people coming to see each production.

Derek is former Artistic Director and founder of the professional summer theatre company – THE AMERICANA THEATRE COMPANY in Plymouth, MA. Derek speaks regularly on the healing of culture through imagination, creativity and the arts. He has been published on crosswalk.org and has spoken previously at the Convergence World conference as well as various churches and universities. Willard Black (California) ▾

Founder/Board Chair, Open Doors Libraries

Founder of the Institute for Christian Resources in 1975, which in recent years was renamed Open Doors Libraries. Willard’s passion to provide Christian based practical resources led him to facilitation and distribution of Christian resources in Eastern Europe which eventually led to the opening of Open Doors Library, the first library in Prague in 1999. Currently, Willard is involved at William Jessup University pouring into the future generations as an adjunct faculty member and lecturer, particularly in ministry, intercultural studies, and public policy programs.
