Fidelis Project

The Church Initiative is pleased to partner with the Fidelis Project, an online, biblically based educational opportunity. Fidelis Project was begun as a response to the great need for emerging Christian leaders around the world to be rooted and grounded in the fundamentals of biblical theology. The Spirit of God has established many “gospel beachheads” throughout the nations. Disciple-making-movements and church-planting movements have been started as the result of simple obedience to Christ’s great commission. However, the breadth and depth of understanding of the richness of the Holy Scriptures and the history of God’s redemption purposes for many faithful saints and emerging leaders around the world remains shallow, untaught or misunderstood. Fidelis Project’s aim is to serve the global church with a timely solution so that faithful ministers around the world can be well-equipped and built up for the work of the ministry. Through an intensive, integrative, cohort-based, remote-learning process, Fidelis Project centers on the personal application of God’s written word.

The National Day of Prayer is an annual observance held on the first Thursday of May, inviting people of all faiths to pray for the nation. It was created in 1952 by a joint resolution of the United States Congress, and signed into law by President Harry S. Truman. We at G.L.O.B.A.L. believe that prayer is an important part of doing justice in our world, and so we participate in local, state, and national events from year to year, providing our biblical, nonpartisan voice for justice in this sector.
