What do you value?
Values shape leadership by shaping individual perspectives, decisions, & actions. Values determine how we live and lead - whether we know it or not, and whether others see it or not. In collaboration with Values Inspired Leaders, G.L.O.B.A.L. Justice is sharing an opportunity for leaders from across many professions and generations to review key leadership values, assess their own leadership, & grow alongside peers in fostering values that promote ethical leadership. Each session will include a facilitated small group discussions that develop leadership values for professionals & build community among leaders.
