The Bushnell University’s Non-Profit Leadership MBA immerses students in a robust understanding of the many functions of non-profit management, focusing on a comprehensive knowledge of strategic non-profit management, financial stewardship, governance, ethics, effective communication, the role of Christian leadership, ethics and service, resource development, and management issues and decisions, as well as literacy regarding recent management trends and an ability to integrate all aspects of learning, understanding, knowledge and skills concerning operations, program evaluation and impact assessment.

Structure: To apply, students must have a bachelor’s degree with a minimum 3.0 grade-point average. To earn the degree, students are required to complete 12 courses, totaling 36 credits, through a series of core courses and five classes specific to the concentration. Students can complete their degree within a year (full-time) or 24 months (part-time). Proficiency is showcased through a Capstone experience, a research-based project.
