Business can lead individuals to many opportunities, but for Greg & Vicky Dix, it led them to advocacy and ministry. Greg & Vicky serve as the Executive Directors of U COUNT, an anti-human trafficking ministry of Timberline Church in Fort Collins, CO. Their experiences in the business world uniquely prepared them for this opportunity to advocate on behalf of those victimized by human trafficking.

Greg is the Vice President of Engineering at Broadcom, where he is responsible for strategic and tactical leadership, financial budgets, productivity, operational efficiencies and direct management of a +450 person world-wide R&D organization. This ranges across several US States, China, and India and designs products and services for customers in the US, Europe, India and South East Asia. He also serves as the Board Chair of Serve 6.8, a Northern Colorado non-profit that resources, connects and mobilizes churches across Northern Colorado to serve people in our community. Greg sat on the U COUNT Product Advisory Team before serving as the Executive Director. While on this team, he met partners and visited key sites in Spain and Guatemala to see first-hand the work of our frontline organizations.

Vicky received her Business Degree and MBA from Colorado State University. She started her career at Hewlett Packard as a financial analyst and also worked in marketing and product support during her tenure. She has always had a heart for missions and the marginalized in our community. After making the decision to stay home with her children, she became involved in several philanthropic organizations. In 2009, she started volunteering with U COUNT in a leadership position where she was able to utilize her business background. She has traveled to India, Spain, Nepal, and Guatemala to meet the organizations and people that partner with U COUNT.

In 2019, Greg and Vicky stepped into the U COUNT Executive Director position. Together they lead a team of around 200 volunteers to fight global and local sex trafficking through prevention, awareness and rescue. U COUNT fights trafficking on 3 fronts: Global Projects, Local Efforts, and Marketplace. Since its inception in 2007, U COUNT has raised and donated over $2M to fight the crime, help victims and create awareness through partnerships with amazing front-line organizations around the world. The Marketplace allows customers to purchase products made by at risk and survivors of sex trafficking. All monies raised and monies earned through Marketplace sales are given back to the partner organizations, and to date, it has sold over $800k of products helping to bring back dignity, hope, and sustainability to their lives.

Greg and Vicky Dix have brought together their business expertise, their commitment to faith, and their partnership in ministry to help bring hope to men, women and children around the world.
