Native to Loveland, CO, Caitlin Wyrick is a leader with a heart for the community. Her family has been a part of the Loveland community for more than 100 years.  Caitlin’s work in the community reflects her passion, character, and strengths.  She leads those around her as the Executive Director of Heart and Sol, a Board member of Loveland’s Downtown Development Authority, and a Branch Manager with First National Bank in Loveland.

Through Heart and Sol, Caitlin focuses on creating a more welcoming, inclusive community by bringing awareness to the diversity of people and cultures in her community and finding ways to educate others and embrace and celebrate diversity. Heart and Sol is a nonprofit organization made up of BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) and allies who look to promote ethnic and cultural diversity in the Loveland community, with partnerships throughout Northern Colorado—looking to inspire conversations and community resources supporting, celebrating, and embracing the cultural richness of the community.

Caitlin’s work not only provides an inspirational outlook for the Loveland community but also empowers the voices and lives of those who seek to embrace and promote their culture through service, equity, and education. Her leadership brings the inspiration to step up and prove that good work can be done for the community when the heart and passion of our culture are embraced and cherished. Her focus on collaboration, progress, and inclusion has made her grow for over 13 years in the financial industry as she has dedicated herself to the financial literacy of her community.

Caitlin Wyrick’s leadership is sparked by the challenges of leading with integrity and passion for both her family and community. Her financial expertise and focus on community development and growth are of inspiration and encouragement for the Loveland community and those who see the fruitfulness of her work as she serves as part of the representation of a large group seeking to influence the community and have a positive impact through their talents, academics, expertise, will, and passion.
